With hearts filled with joy and gratitude to the Lord, the Order of Clerics Regular Theatines invites the entire ecclesial community to join in the celebration of the Priestly Ordination of Deacons Pablo González Robles, C.R., and Juan Jesús Campos Garduño, C.R., who will be called by God to the priestly ministry within the Church.

The Holy Mass will take place on Thursday, August 6, at 5:00 p.m. (Mexico time), at the Expiatory Temple of the Most Holy Sacrament in Guadalajara, Mexico. The celebration will be presided over by His Excellency Bishop Juan Manuel Muñoz Curiel, Auxiliary Bishop of Guadalajara, through the laying on of hands and the prayer of ordination.

Priestly ordination is one of the greatest gifts the Lord grants to His Church. On this day of grace, Pablo and Juan Jesús will be configured more fully to Christ the Priest and Good Shepherd, dedicating their lives to the proclamation of the Gospel, the service of the People of God, and the celebration of the sacred mysteries.

For the Theatine family, this celebration is a source of profound hope and spiritual renewal. The charism of Saint Cajetan continues to live wherever generous men respond with faith and openness to the Lord’s call, embracing a life of trust in Divine Providence, humble service, and ardent love for the Church.

The entire Christian community joins in prayer for these brothers who, after a journey of discernment, formation, and self-giving, will pronounce their definitive “yes” to the Lord in service through the ministerial priesthood. Their ordination is also a sign of hope for our times and a testimony that Christ continues to call laborers into His harvest.

Inspired by the words of the Gospel, “Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful” (Lk 6:36), we entrust Deacons Pablo González Robles, C.R., and Juan Jesús Campos Garduño, C.R., to the intercession of our Father Saint Cajetan of Thiene, asking the Lord to sustain them with His grace and make them priests according to the Heart of Christ.
