Spiritual, Priestly and Theatine Renewal Meeting
From June 8 to 22, 2026, the Theatine Priestly Meeting will take place in Italy, bringing together priests with six to ten years of priestly ordination from all the Theatine Provinces around the world.
This journey of spiritual renewal, ongoing formation, and priestly fraternity is coordinated by Fr. Osman Procópio Da Silva, C.R., General Councilor and liaison to the Formation Commission, chaired by Fr. Ismael Correa Marín, C.R., together with the collaboration of Fr. Pedro M. Romero, C.R., and Fr. Francisco Vaca, C.R.
Participants will also be accompanied by the Superior General of the Order, Rev. Fr. Salvador Rodea González, C.R., who will be present throughout the meeting.
During these days, which will take place in Rome, Vicenza, Verona, Padua, Venice, Naples, and Palermo, the participants will share moments of prayer, liturgical celebrations, community activities, and formation sessions.
The spiritual reflections and conferences will be led by Rev. Frs. Marcelo Zubía, Joao Marcos Boranelli, and Roberto Orqueida, C.C.R.R., who will accompany this journey of spiritual deepening and pastoral renewal.
The purpose of this experience is to foster an authentic renewal of the priestly ministry and strengthen fraternal communion among the participants, in fidelity to the charism and mission of our Order.
We entrust this Theatine Priestly Meeting to the intercession of the Virgin Mary, Mother of Divine Providence, and we ask the entire Theatine family to accompany the participating priests with their prayers, so that this time of grace may bear abundant spiritual and pastoral fruits for the good of the Church and our Order.
