Ordination to the Diaconate of Brothers Juan Miguel Tabares Zamora, David Arroyo Alonso, Héctor Del Río Piña, Miguel Salinas Hernández and Diego Alejandro Doldán, CC.RR.
With great pleasure and joy we announce that on September 29, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in our Roman and baroque Basilica of Sant’Andrea della Valle, the Archbishop of Évora (Portugal), H.E.R. Mons. Francisco José Villas-Boas Senra de Faria Coelho, will confer the sacrament of Holy Orders in the first degree of the diaconate to Brothers Juan Miguel Tabares Zamora, David Arroyo Alonso, Héctor Del Río Piña, Miguel Salinas Hernández and Diego Alejandro Doldán, CC.RR.
These are five solemnly vowed religious – who made their perpetual profession on August 7, 2020 next year (cf. Theatines on the Way, Year V – No. 25) -. Each of them prepares to continue their specialization studies in Social Communication (Juan Miguel), Biblical Theology (David), Priestly Formation (Héctor), Spirituality (Miguel) and Ecclesiastical History (Diego). On the other hand, three of them are accompanying the work of the Casa Teatina de San Gaetano in Rome, residing together with the Fathers that constitute it, one continues to help with the pastoral care of religious hospitality in the General House itself and another has been present together with the Fathers of San Gaetano de Vicenza.
We wish you a good ministry of service to the altar and to the brothers, with the simplicity and naturalness with which they always act.
