As part of the celebrations for the 5th Centenary of the foundation of the Order of Clerics Regular (Theatines), on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the “R. Lombardo” Youth Community Center, the musical work “Theatines – The Love for Living” was presented.

Organized with the support of the Municipality of Teatini and the Municipality of Monasterace, the event offered an artistic journey through the origins, history, and enduring influence of the Theatine Fathers in the Church and throughout the world, highlighting their charism, spirituality, and service to the community.

The event was honored by the extraordinary presence of the Superior General of the Order, Fr. Salvador Rodea González, C.R., whose participation gave special significance to this commemorative celebration.

The work was written and artistically directed by Christian Salvatore Cosimo Gara, with direction by Sabrina Moranti, choreography by Raffaela Sellitto, and technical coordination by Charlye Molinari, creating a powerful and engaging performance combining music, movement, and historical narrative.

The importance of the event was also recognized by local media outlets, including TeleMontestella, RadioFantasy, and TeleMia, which helped to promote and share this cultural and spiritual initiative.

“Theatines – The Love for Living” stands as a meaningful encounter between faith, culture, and memory, reaffirming the relevance of the Theatine charism in today’s world.
