Insights into the Audience of the Holy Father Francis for the 164th Theatine General Chapter
On January 15, 2022, the 164th Theatine General Chapter concluded, which resulted in the re-election of Rev.Fr. Salvador Rodea González, C.R. as Superior General, and his New General Council, under the responsibility of the Fathers:
– Rev. P. D. Marcelo Raúl Zubía, First Consultor and Vicar General
– Rev. P. D. Antonio Cabrera Olmedo, Second Consultant
– Rev. P. D. Osman Procópio da Silva, Third Consultant
Thus, the New Government of the Order of Regular Clerics Theatines was formed, for the six-year term 2022-2028.
Then, the Holy Father Francis received them in the Clementine Hall of the Vatican Apostolic Palace for a Private Audience.
