Passing of Mrs. Amparo González
The General Curia of the Order of Clerics Regular Theatines announces with deep sorrow the passing of Mrs. Amparo González, mother of our beloved and esteemed Rev. Father Salvador Rodea González, C.R., Superior General of our Order, which occurred recently in Mexico.
With profound respect and fraternal spirit, we accompany Fr. Salvador in this time of mourning, expressing our closeness, affection, and prayers. We entrust the soul of his beloved mother to the merciful embrace of God, source of all life and consolation.
May Our Lady of Guadalupe, Mother of hope and comfort of the faithful, receive Mrs. Amparo in her maternal arms and lead her to the eternal encounter with her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. May perpetual light shine upon her, and may her soul rest in the peace of the Lord.
We join the Rodea González family, and all who loved and accompanied her in life, in the Christian certainty that death is not the end, but the threshold to eternal Life.
