Th\u00e8atins \u00e0 Puebla, notre bien-aim\u00e9e chapelle du Sacr\u00e9-C\u0153ur et de San Cayetano a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e au rang de paroisse et le p\u00e8re Franco Placencia, C.R., a
