Giovanni Battista Re, Prefect Emeritus of the Congregation for Bishops and Dean of the College of Cardinals, accompanied by the Superior General of the Theatines, Rev. P. Salvador Rodea Gonz\u00e1lez, C.R., and the Rector of the Basilica Rev. P. Jo\u00e3o Marcos Boranelli, C.R., and with the presence of the Theatine Fathers, students of the Colegio Internacional Teatino &#8220;San Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Tomasi&#8221; and all the congregation
